2026 Annual Meeting
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Wildhorse Ridge Home Owners Association will be held on 6 July 2026 starting at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the conference room of the Cedar Falls Public safety building located at 4600 S. Main St. The HOA Board will provide a recap of what was done in the last 12 months and an overview of what we expect in the upcoming year. April 2026 Updates
The Q3 Financial report has been added to the Downloads page. Wapsie Pines has finished the city mandated maintenance of the ditches along Union Rd. It turns out that the ditches from just south of Sonoma to almost 12th St. are designated as a water retention/runoff area that the HOA is contractually obligated(with the City of Cedar Falls) to maintain. We will be seeking bids from our mowing contractor to add this area to their mowing responsibilities. Residents whose lot


POND AERATION
An aerator has been added to our pond as part of the HOA's long term pond maintenance program. One of the diffusers will be running all winter. Even though the pond will freeze over, it will still be running under the ice. This has the potential to minimize the ice thickness over that area. Anyone going out on the ice does so at their own risk and the area of the diffuser should be avoided. The area to avoid is circled in red below.
Union Road Drainage Maintenance
Wapsi Pines will begin drainage maintenance along Union Road during the week of November 10th . This work is required by the City to ensure proper water drainage and runoff management. If you have any questions, please contact the Board for additional information.
