The HOA Board wanted to give everyone a reminder that the Deeds of Dedication are posted in the Downloads section of the website. These Deeds provide guidance to each property owner when considering modifications to property or other structures. We are aware that the city of Cedar Falls has passed an ordinance permitting chickens to be raised on properties in Cedar Falls. Unfortunately, chickens are not aloud in Wild Horse Ridge due to the Deeds of Dedication. Each Phase of Wild Horse Ridge has a separate Deed of Dedication. Please refer to these documents when you have questions.
