Spring notes for hoa members

Hello All,

Looks like Spring is finally here. Here are a couple things to remember:

1. Annual HOA dues need to be paid prior to 1 July. Prompt payment will go a long way to minimizing the workload for our Treasurer. Dues are $200 ($205 if using VENMO) again this year. VENMO is @WildHorseRidgeCF. Please dont forget to add the $5 if using VENMO to pay as it covers the fees that Venmo collects.

2. Those that live along the water retention pond- please do not mow beyond your property line in your back yard. A path is mowed around the outside of the pond and residents can mow a small path to connect to it from their back yard if they wish. A good cover of vegetation is key to controlling erosion around the pond. This will minimize the long term costs of maintaining it.

3. We are still looking for potential volunteers to serve on the HOA board. We have two board members whose 3 years term of service are coming to an end. Please reach out to us at wildhorsecf@gmail.com if you are able to help.
