Phase 5 of Wild Horse Ridge Information

The extension of Wild Horse Dr and the extension of Granite Ridge Rd is the next planned phase (Phase 5) however the timeline is unknown and will be based on the sale of Phase 4 lots
Skogman also agreed that they would allow us to participate in the survey of Phase 5 to allow us to develop plans for pond access off Wild Horse. At this time the survey is not planned but he was willing to work with us. He also provided the survey company they use if we wanted to begin earlier that way data could be easily shared and duplication of efforts would not be required
He also provided an updated plat map that he wanted posted to the website. He is doing this after the Phase 3 pushback from lack of notification. They are planning to take this to P&Z in the next month to propose. Please see the attached letter and map in the email
