Activity in construction area

Wild Horse Ridge Homeowners,

As we await the spring thaw and look forward to seeing the green of spring, we want to request your support in helping keep everyone safe. Last fall the developers noted that holes were being dug in some of the undeveloped areas and in particular on and around the dirt pile located at the end of Sonoma Drive. Those holes pose injury risks to the developers as well as anyone walking through those areas. As the grass comes in through the spring and into summer they become impossible to see and could lead to someone being injured.

For the safety of everyone we ask that you and your children avoid the dirt pile as this is an active construction area. For undeveloped areas, please treat them as you would your neighbors property and respect the surrounding properties as well.
